This little guy is sure getting stronger and stronger by the day. His movements pack a pretty powerful punch. I have noticed that they don't seem to happen as often as last month, but when they do he still shakes my belly. Paul loves to watch this because I look like I have an alien in my belly like some of the Fringe episodes we've watched.
Yesterday I think I may have over did it. I did probably 3 hours of walking/shopping, went to yoga, made dinner (standing at the stove for 40 min counts as something for my footies), and did some cleaning. By the time Paul got home I was in tears because my feet were throbbing. This new pregnancy symptoms sucks. Paul told me I'm running at a 6 and he needs me to get down to a 3 today. Well for someone like myself who usually always runs at a 9 or 10 I thought 6 was pretty slow, but apparently Brandon doesn't like me going so fast. So today I've declared a couch potato day. I'm going to prop myself up (because laying down is not comfortable) and watch 24 all day, and then when Paul gets home, we'll go for a walk (gosh I sound like I'm living the life of an indoor puppy)
But I have realized I do need my rest. Forcing myself to do this is so hard when the weather is so pretty, I love taking advantage of these beautiful spring days. I'm really hoping that we can go on April 24th we can go to the flower float parade at Keukenhof. But I never thought my feet would hurt so much after 3 hours, the pain reminded me of the time Paul and I took our first trip to Paris and we walked over 30 hours around the city in 2.5 days....sigh those were the days!
