We were finally released from our baby doctor (the gynecologist) today. She did her routine ultrasound to measure Brandon and we got to see how far his head is in my pelvis, it looked like half his head is stuck in there already! The doctor said this is a very good sign that things are moving long smoothly. But since his head was so low already she could not measure it. So his guesstimate weight was just done by his belly circumference and femur length. Right now she thinks he weighs 6.4lbs and that when D-day comes he'll be around 8.5lbs maybe a little less since he's been slowing down his weight gain. But it was so nice to hear that he is back to being in the normal percentile of babies around 36wks. But she did say he still has a big head, which I can agree with because I've felt him nuzzling his head into my pelvis for the past 2 weeks and it's very sore and crampy.
Other good news, last night I got a full 3 1/2 hours of sleep before I woke up. Bad news I didn't get to sleep until 3:30AM. Brandon was having a dance party and wouldn't stop elbowing/kneeing me in the sides. I swear he was doing head spins. Well that's all the news for now.
One month left!!! Sooo excited!
