It's almost Brandon's Birthday!! He's in bed right now fast asleep and I've been in the kitchen making his birthday cake, hanging decorations, balloons, wrapping his present and cleaning my kitchen.  I know he'll never remember this day but I am so excited because he will notice something different when I bring him downstairs in the morning.  I think it's fine to get carried away with your baby's 1st Birthday.    Later this week I will post a bunch of entries when I have a free evening...I have many of them coming up, Paul is away on business for another 2 weeks and he said over the phone today he doesn't think they will be coming home early, the Italians like to talk a lot so that means less work gets done.

Easter Weekend highlights

We had a wonderful Easter weekend starting with the Circus and ending with an awesome neighborhood egg hunt.  It was such a memorable 1st Easter in our new home.  Here are some pictures to never forget such an amazing holiday.

House 2 was our place, which lasted 2 minutes the kids got faster and faster with finding those eggs

We had such an awesome time at the egg hunt it was the perfect ending to Easter because shortly after I drove Paul to the airport for his flight to Italy.  He's on business for the next 2 1/2 weeks.  So this week we'll be celebrating Brandon's 1st Birthday with a few neighbors and friends.  Then when Paul gets back we'll have a party!  But even though Paul is away, and I'm very upset he's missing Brandon's 1st Birthday, I am still very excited my little man is turning 1!  It's amazing how fast just one year can go.
