Who knew it would be so fast and easy to things set up. Friday we went to Verizon to get cellphones and it turned out that my phone color was not in stock and I had to wait until that evening to get it. THEN that night we went back while the grandparents watched Brandon. It took nearly 90 minutes to be helped and set up with our new service.
Saturday we went on our 2nd day of car shopping. The day before we went to a Honda dealer and failed to get a good deal on anything we wanted. So today we went to Ford and had so much luck. We got a great deal on the Ford 2011 Edge SEL and Ford 2011 Focus. The only hard part was being at the dealer from 9-5...yeah it took ALL day to get these cars!
Today we did some house hunting. We saw a whole range of nice to gross homes for rent in the area. I think we've narrowed it down to two choices. We're going to decide on it tonight and call our Realtor tomorrow with our choice. We figure that we'll live in this place for 9-10 months before we buy a home. I could not imagine buying a home right now with this crazy move going on.
So I can't say enough how thankful I am to have Paul's parents with us this first weekend back. We have gotten so much done while they watched Brandon. I can't believe we've literally done something new everyday. I just want to be moved into our new place, which ever one it will be in the next week if that's even possible.
Alrighty that's all for now. I promise to post some pictures of Brandon soon, they are piling up on the camera. I think starting on Tuesday life will be a little less crazy. BUT the crazy will pick up again next Friday when we make a trip to my parents in NJ.
