This week we began our search for the perfect preschool. We are limited to the amount of schools because he'll only be 2 1/2. But there are a few we are touring this week. I'm so nervous he won't get into a school. It's so weird how they do things here. You have to sign him up, pay the registration fee, and wait. If I pull him off the list before the decision is made I get the registration fee back. But I'm really hoping he gets into school. It's a small school and only 2 days a week for 2 1/2 hours. Every year you add a day so by his last year he'll be 4 days a week at preschool.
One of the great parts about 2 year old preschool is that the children do not have to be potty trained. Brandon is doing great with the potty, but we can't be sure he won't have accidents at school. He is on week 2 of training and hasn't been peeing his pants anymore. I think it helped that Daddy takes his pee pee chair to the bathroom and let's him flush the toilet after he pees. I'm also thrilled that I don't need to bribe him with candy every time he sits on the potty.
Keep your fingers and toes crossed that Brandon gets into school.
