So today was my 6 week postpartum appointment at the midwife. I've been keeping track of my weight loss at first by just weighing in 2 times a week. But last week I caved in and rejoined weight watchers online to help me shed those final 6 and then some. That's right only 6 lbs to my pre-pregnancy weight. I honestly thought that I would not be pre-pregnancy weight until right before we moved back, but with breastfeeding it's melted the weight off. I've currently been averaging 1-2lbs a week while still eating sweets and tons of carbs.
But just because I'm at the same weight does not mean my body is the same shape. I have lots of toning to do. I am not happy with the appearance of my belly, hips and rear end. So I've given myself a goal to tone up my body as much as I can before my 25th birthday. I picked my birthday because we're going to take a family trip to the North Sea beaches for the day. That means I will be forced into a bathing suit....(insert screams here)
