Rolling over while sleeping has become more of a full body heave and flop routine. I feel so bad for Paul because our bed feels so tiny. I now take an afternoon nap to get me through the day because it's getting harder and harder to fall back asleep after I wake up 3-4 times in the night.
Today Paul drove me to the hospital blood lab to get my glucose sugar test. For this test you are not allowed to eat anything for 10-12 hours before the test, this way they can test your fasting blood sugar levels. Then after that they made me drink this sugar syrup which tasted horrible, I almost gagged, luckily they let me chase it with a little cup of water. After I finished my sugar drink, they let me lay down in one of there beds because one I was exhausted and the drink made me queasy, resting in a bed made the 2 hours of waiting until my next needle prick more enjoyable than the horrible waiting room chairs.
After getting home from the hospital I was so happy that Paul helped me clean the entire upstairs, he was such an amazing help, he cleaned the windows, vacuumed under the couches and moved the large furniture around while I mopped. Thank you for Paul being an awesome husband!
