I'm sure I am not the first mom in the world for this to happen to, but for some reason Brandon no longer tells me when he is hungry. He used to cry and scream for a bottle or rice cereal. But for the last 2 weeks he could go for hours past lunch without eating. Yesterday we were in Washington DC and I didn't take a look at the clock until 2PM. Yikes! I had been feeding Brandon graham crackers but I knew this was not filling enough to get him through his day. But days like this have happened a couple times. In the morning he isn't hungry, he just wants to play with his toys. It's all about his toys all day and everyday. But not to worry blog readers, I do feed my son 3 meals a day and 1 or 2 snacks, I guess they are just not always at scheduled meal time, for most people I guess meal time isn't always 7,12, and 5. The older Brandon gets the more he'll change.

Speaking of change, I was telling Paul that I think Brandon is going through a developmental change right now because all the sudden I feel like he understands a lot more of what we say. He'll pick up a toy, show it to me, and say dat. He also lves to be chased around the house and drive around in his toy car. It is so hard to believe that in 2 short months Brandon will be 1 year old. Where did his 1st year of life go??? Well I can already say I've started to think of 1st birthday party themes. Baby's grow up too quickly, everybody told me this and I didn't believe them for a second, but they were right. I wonder how fast Brandon's little brother or sisters first year will go? Seeing as I will have B and little baby to take care of it's probably going to go even at lightning speed.

I'm 3 months pregnant with baby number 2. Our family is so excited for the newest edition to the Kelly family. Right around Brandon's 1st birthday we will find out if baby is a boy or girl. Any guesses? Right now I feel so positive it's another boy, but who knows maybe we'll have a beautiful little girl. All I can say is that I am enjoying this pregnancy 1000 times more than the 1st.
