New year new you!
This is all I hear on the news segments every morning. My resolution was to cut back on soda and red bull (even the sugar free kind) plus to continue to work on a new healthy me by staying active and taking a daily vitamin. It's silly to put "take my vitamin" on my resolution list but if you think about it it's kind if hard to remember every morning to take one. I hate the taste of chewable vitamins...you can ask my mom, I used to hide them in my shoes or closet to get out of taking them. The swallowable ones have a bad taste if you accidentally get taste of the shell and they are too big. BUT I finally found a way to take them. Every time I buy them I get my cutting board out and cut them in half. Then I'll take them with a sip of juice to ease the nasty vitamin taste. So far I'm really successful with all my resolutions. I feel great giving my body the minerals and vitamins it needs and keeping the junky soft drinks out. Now I am not perfect and I do allow one day a week to enjoy a nice diet coke.
